EDT Electronic Devices Trading Ltd RMA Policy
1) An RMA number is required prior to the return of a product.
2) Warranty starts from the date of the original invoice.
3) The warranty period is not extended by the RMA Replacement.
4) All products returned must be in suitable packaging with RMA clearly marked on air bill or packing slip. Please do not write on the box.
5) An RMA number is valid 15-days from its issue date. To avoid being charged an Advance Replacement fee, parts being returned must be received by EDT Electronic Devices Trading Ltd. within that 15-day period. If a charge for an Advance Replacement becomes necessary, customer needs to issue a new purchase order for the full amount.
6) If you receive a box that is damaged during shipping please contact us ASAP. This is clearly a claim issue and should be processed accordingly.
7) Please state in detail the reason that the product did not meet customers' satisfaction, form, fit and/or function. Please attach failure report if possible.
8) Any delays in returning the RMA form will postpone outgoing shipments.
9) If part is within warranty period, the standard evaluation charge, and S&H is paid for by EDT Electronic Devices Trading LTD. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for all charges.
10) If part is not covered by an EDT Electronic Devices Trading Ltd. warranty, a standard evaluation charge will apply.
11) Customer can expect a turnaround time of 1-3 business days on average.
