All incoming parts for Repair or Evaluation must also be accompanied by a brief description of product failure. Please use our RMA form to provide us with all the required information. What if it is not under warranty?
If you have an item for repair and your warranty has expired, or if you did not purchase your equipment from EDT Electronic Devices Trading Limited, contact us at the above number to obtain up-to-date, repair-pricing information.

EDT REPAIR GUIDELINES

  All incoming parts for Repair or Evaluation must be accompanied with an RMA # issued by EDT. Please call us at (408) 778 -9427 to request one.
  All incoming parts for Repair or Evaluation must also be accompanied by a brief description of product failure.
  EDT will not be responsible for parts damaged during shipping, and will not accept them for repair unless the customer is notified of the damage and approval is given for the repair.
  Customer will be informed of any change in shipping cost if part being shipped for repair requires special handling. If new shipping cost is not accepted, then order will be voided.
  Pricing and availability of parts, still under warranty, returned for exchange can be obtained by contacting us at the above telephone number.
  Parts qualified for Standard Repair Price* MUST HAVE:
  - A definition of failure
  - No cosmetic defects
  - No intermittent errors
  - No broken or missing components
* A higher premium will be imposed on items not meeting the above definition of Standard Repair Price.
* Prices may vary based on the condition of the parts upon receipt, replacement components used, and the time spent on the repair.
